Hello everyone ,
I received three messages from Amazon. The following is the mail and my processing method

Email-1
We will inform you that we have found a problem when we check your payment information. We were temporarily suspended access to the relevant account because we could not confirm your payment information. Please note that we will suspend your access to your account until we have verified your billing information.
- A copy of the specification of your Visa (last 2 digits 27). A billing address is stated.
- Customer name, phone number, e-mail address of customer registered in Amazon.co.jp account.
Your fax will be converted into a protected electronic image.

I faxed the documents they needed according to the e-mail request and even I faxed my credit card front to them.
In the next half hour I received a second email and closed my account. The reason is that I am not a cardholder.

Email-2
Hello,
We have closed your account and canceled all pending orders.
We took these actions because your use of the payment card that you supplied was not authorized by the cardholder.
Sincerely,
Account Specialist

I replied to the email:"
I was authorized to use all the cards on my account, and yes, I am the cardholder "
Next I received the third email.

Email-3
Hello,
We have not been able to confirm the billing details for your card VISA ending in 27. Please contact the card issuer and have them send the information below to our secure fax line (in Japan: 0120-914-004 / outside Japan: +81-3-6367-4007):

-- The billing name and address that you registered to the card.
-- The last 2 digits of the payment card.
You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.
Sincerely,
Account Specialist

I called the bank and they said that my cards are all right and they have no faxing obligations and services.
Now I don't know how to do it. I only used my credit card I am a prime member and they have all the deductions from my card are authorized and successful.

If you entered the text of the emails verbatim, the errors in grammar imply to me that it may be a scam.

Have you verified that you are unable to access your Amazon account, and that this is not some sort of scam designed to get banking info?

Do not use any link you may have received in the emails, go to Amazon yourself and try logging in.

Are you located in the US? Have you been using the same credit card since you’ve opened the account with no problems? Have you recently used a gift card on the account? We

If, as Office Bob says, your Amazon account is really closed, and the credit card is in your name, we have company contacts for Amazon :

https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/amazon/

Start at Customer Service, give them week to reply. If they don’t or it goes no further write to the first executive. Give him or her a week to reply, repeat weekly if necessary.

This has worked for accounts that have been closed in error.

The strange syntax and grammar lead me to think this was a scam email. I agree with OfficeBob-you should go to your Amazon account and see what you account says--not what these emails say.
Do you live in the US? I wonder why the Japan phone numbers are there?

Given the above comments, you may wish to close your credit card account that you sent to the email address before the person (who well may be a scammer) begins using your credit card account. If Amazon has not suspended your account, or reinstates it, you should open another credit card account to use with Amazon-Amazon has its own credit cards.

thanks for your replies.
I am sorry . I forgot to explain that this is the Japan Amazon . The emails I received were in Japanese and I used google translation . I use my own credit card , the issuing bank is BOA . The statement is true and the information is accurate . First , they asked me to verify some information . After I faxed they said that I was not the cardholder and Finally I replied that I was the cardholder and they asked the bank to send a fax to them . I don't know how to tell the bank of this , can I entrust the bank to send a fax to Japan Amazon ? It sounds ridiculous . I feel that they are perfunctory . They deducted the fees from the prime member of my credit card last week .

I use my own credit card and I have not used any gift cards in my account.

thank you for your reply.
I am currently in Japan so the IP address is in Japan.
Amazon needs my card issuer to send them a fax, I don't know what to do. The bank will not help me at all, on this issue.
The IP in which you are logging into this site is located in China.
