question 1 service was off on 5/31/18
question 2 i called in and they said they were ahving computer issues that accidently turned your service off.
question 3 it was through chats they said they dont email

this is what they tell me they give me the different answers

This is why you need to use our company contacts and start emailing. You have to have a paper trail. Obviously the chats aren’t working.

Use the links to AT and T and send an email tomorrow to Customer Service. Your letter had to be specific:

- My phone number is
- on 5/31 you cut off my phone service. I was told it was due to a computer that accidentally turned it off.
- I have been trying to get the phone service restored ever since. I have used your chat function several times, Customer Service has given me a restore date of June 10 2019!
They cannot tell me my service will be restored.
- I have medical issue with a seizure disorder that requires me to have a phone line available to call 911. I notifying you in writing of the existence of this medical condition.
- Please advise the earliest date I can get service restored.

if you had service before and you lost your service due to no fault of yours, speak to a representative and tell them you want this to be escalate to an ecxuative appeal (presidential appeal) this might help you good luck!
