Dwayne notified me on December 13th that on my behalf he had attempted t To establish the status of my refund. his is just to inform him I have received nothing from Vanguard except continuing "bait and switch" offers for next year and beyond. At our age we cannot consider any travel until we have been successfully vaccinated. Surely they understand?
