I booked a reservation with Thomsons Travel & Tours Inc. Five days after booking it, I went to the Delta website, and the return flight was not correct. The agent said it was a "glitch" and when I returned to the Delta site later on the same day, the flight info was correct. When my husband and son arrived at the airport for their return trip, they were told by Delta that they were not scheduled to return home for 2 more days. They had to purchase 2 one way tickets ($896.40) and wait 12 hours for the next flight. I have reached out repeatedly to Thomsons Travel & Tours Inc. and they are not responding.

My case is active in the direct advocacy department and I am looking for further guidance while I wait.

Did you buy your tickets directly from Delta, or from Thomson? Was it a package that you bought from Thomson? If so, they are the ones you need to be dealing with.
