I have good news to share, ABG has dropped all its claims! Would like to thank all of you who helped. For anyone in a similar situation, the channel that worked for me was the primary email contact provided on this site.

In case it's useful, my email response was:

Hi James,

Their insured party was 100% at-fault in this incident (since my car was parked legally by the side of the street) and this was verified by police who witnessed the incident, so it's strange that they are declining to pay the fees. Since the vehicle belongs to you, the onus should be on you to negotiate these fees with them, instead of turning around and charging me for it.

1. Could you negotiate directly with the insurance company to cover these fees?
2. If not, please put me in touch with them so I can do it.

Thanks in advance,
Ian
