I work for a flooring store and received an order which was on backorder for 2 months which I don’t believe I placed. They said they have recorded conversation of me placing it but won’t let me hear the recording.
My company has to pay $1400 for restocking fee and return freight. I believe I should be entitled to hear the phone conversation. What are my rights and your thoughts?

This sounds like a business to business issue which we don't advocate although other posters may come along and provide advice for you.

What kind of advocacy do you do?
We advocate for customers who have an intractable problem with a business, a role sometimes also referred to as the reader advocate, problem-solver or ombudsman. Basically, we try to help when no one else will.

What kinds of cases do you consider getting involved in?
Any dispute between a consumer and a business.
