I received a reply from Mr. Bradford's assistant within a two hours of sending an email, and publically posting my issue on their Facebook page. I made sure both communications were professional. They responded in turn and made restitution for the issue. Thank you for the information.
Looking for email contact for Mr Bradford.

Which United executive would you recommend to contact. Tara received a response from Mr Bradford’s assistant. What posit does he hold or what is his email address? Thank you, Janutty
This thread is from 2015 - over 2 years ago. Mr. Bradford may not even be with United anymore.

Go to our company contacts on top of our pages, click on it, then click on airlines. Find United and you will see the current executives and their email addresses.
