I have flown Southwest Airlines many times including 2016, 2017, 2018 and thought that the Rapid Rewards would automatically be credited but that is not the case. I appealed to the CEO of SWA by mail and received an email a couple of weeks later saying the missing rewards could not be credited even though they supposedly do not expire. Apparently because I did not give my Rapid Rewards account numbers when I made the reservations (and was not asked to give them) I lost out. Any help in restoring these rewards will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
