Hi...I just returned Saturday from a cruise aboard the Norwegian Epic out of Port Canaveral. I wanted to give detailed feedback about embarkation. I went through their site, found the same link listed under contacts for online submissions, only to have it "denied":

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ncl.com/case-submission/post-cruise/submit" on this server.

Any ideas where to head next? I'm not looking for compensation, I'm simply looking to have the problem acknowledged.

The following link leads to a post-cruise feedback submission form: https://www.ncl.com/case-submission

Does that work for you?

Christina is exactly right ... use our Company Contacts to reach someone at Norwegian directly. I've always thought that managers need to know what's going on "out there". As long as you stick to constructive criticism based on your experiences, I believe the executives want to know.

It looks like the link does not work properly

There is a general link that just a guy posted, which is not specific to post cruise concerns

https://www.ncl.com/case-submission

Otherwise if you have a concern or suggestion, you can write to the first contact on the list.
That's the link you get if you go to "Guest Relations - After Your Cruise" and select "Click here to submit any post-cruise feedback."
