We recently enjoyed a vacation to Lady Hamilton Grand Palladium in Lucea Jamaica, while there we were approached to attend their Travel Club sales pitch, in the excitement of being on holidays we joined and paid initial deposit, after returning home and giving it a closer look we are looking to cancel membership and have our deposit returned, we have sent a couple of e-mails through the Travel Club website contact card with no reply

Unfortunately if you look at the previous threads we’ve had with time shares, this isn’t really anything we can fix. You have a certain number of data after signing that you can back out. After that you have a binding contract.

You are most likely going I need to contact an attorney I’m sorry to say of writing using these addresses doesn’t help. This is exactly how time shares do their damage I’m afraid.
