Advice needed. I work for a mid-scale company where we have to regularly travel between states. We have tied-up with reservations for Hotels and Rental cars. I was just going through reviews for the platform on Site Jabber and Trip Advisor, and the ratings of reservations is really bad. I wanted to gather a few opinions from forum members on the website which i could use to convince my superiors to change their mind.

They can find a corporate travel agency that specializes in business travel and have contracts with many hotels and can get corporate rates for your company. They also ate used to last minute changes and can handle those.

If that is what the company needs they should handle it professionally.

Put "reservations.com" in the search box at the top of this page for further posts.

So your company has done a partnership with an online booking engine that charges a $14.99 fee for every booking on its site?

And you think random forum opinions are going to change your superiors minds?

Regardless of the ratings and reviews of the site, I can't think of any logical reason why a company would want to partner with a site that charges $14.99 per reservation when you can book direct and not pay that fee...
