Just wanted to let you know the executive assistant to the Global CEO from your contacts list reached out to me today with a new reservation number for my 2019 stay at the holiday inn express acme, per the thoughts of the forum she advised that there was a disconnect between corporate and franchise in this instance and that the senior VP of the management company's decisions would hold. She apologized that my future stay was canceled several times by hotel staff. In my reply I thanked her and if possible some points or a 4th night at the great rate would be inline for the continued hassle, but happy to have it resolved and looking forward to 2019.
