Our cruise ship broke down, we have been told we will be fully compensated for the cruise and offered another cruise equivalent to the price we paid . What happens next

This letter should have been delivered to your cabin. Cruise fare will likely be refunded to the credit card used to pay for the cruise. Future cruise credit is likely on your MyNCL account.

You would be refunded any port fees for ports you did not call on. I believe they offered 60 minutes of internet on the ship. Not sure about phone calls.

How do I check. Not ever being in this position before, I'm not sure what to do next. Any advise would be helpful
To see if your refund has been made you need to “log in” to the credit card account used to pay for this cruise. They should be emailing you OR your Travel Agent info also. How did you book your cruise?
Are you still in PR or ??? Are you scheduled on the next cruise, I’m not exactly clear.

This is what you should be getting:

@Our team is actively working to fly guests to Miami, where the cruise originated, and helping them modify their travel arrangements for their return home. As a goodwill gesture, we will not only issue a full refund for this abbreviated cruise, but will also extend a 100% credit for a future cruise in the amount paid for the current itinerary,”

Did they fly you home? What have you done since you returned- did you call them or the travel agent you booked with?

Call whoever you booked your cruise through and ask. You should be able to log into your NCL account and see a future credit.

Being from the UK you should also have Travel insurance with your Holiday Package. Your booking agency should have all your details now or very shortly.
