To see if your refund has been made you need to “log in” to the credit card account used to pay for this cruise. They should be emailing you OR your Travel Agent info also. How did you book your cruise?
Are you still in PR or ??? Are you scheduled on the next cruise, I’m not exactly clear.
@Our team is actively working to fly guests to Miami, where the cruise originated, and helping them modify their travel arrangements for their return home. As a goodwill gesture, we will not only issue a full refund for this abbreviated cruise, but will also extend a 100% credit for a future cruise in the amount paid for the current itinerary,”
Did they fly you home? What have you done since you returned- did you call them or the travel agent you booked with?
Call whoever you booked your cruise through and ask. You should be able to log into your NCL account and see a future credit.
