MSC is trying to steel my money and everyone else....sad sad

How sad, this is the email i received, March 14 2020 still no refund, I email Massimo Bergamaschi Vice President how my refund no response, look at all the reviews it look like they are keep everyone's money, the government should step in. Mr. Massimo Bergaschi KARMA KARMA

If MSC cancelled your cruise and offered you a refund, they are not stealing your money. All travel providers are in dire straits financially, they have ongoing expenses and no revenue ... and no end in sight. Refunds are taking a very long time. A cruise line's first priority is keeping the company solvent. If they had some extra money they'd probably refund their customers. If you cancelled the cruise, you should receive a future cruise credit. You might want to follow up on that.
