It all started with the mouse running around my room. After waiting 2 hours I was moved. Subsequently I forgot my brown leather toiletry bag. After 2 weeks I called and they had found it but never contacted me!!? The Asst Gen Mgr apololgized and promise to mail FED EX. After 2 more weeks still no bag. I called and no one there knows anything. So far I ended with on being compensated 1 of the 2 nights I had to stay and losing my bag which apparently no one knows anything about. Besides the hotel having no snacks, no vending machines, rotten bananas, and unriped fruit, it was a great stay!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have the names of the people you spoke to that said they had it?

We have company contacts on top of our pages. You can find the content us for Marriott there. Write to customer service first. Give them the hotel, the dates of stay and babe if who you spoke to about mailing the toiletries.

Give them a week to reply. If they don't help after a week, send a letter to the first executive listed. Give him/her a week to reply. If you dont hear from him or her, repeat weekly going up the chain.

Wow, no snacks or edible fruit? What kind of hotel was this? Just for the record, Michael, hotels never contact their guests about lost items. That stems from the olden days when they would try to reunite items with their owners, only to find out that the person staying in the hotel was not with his/her spouse!

I expect someone made off with your nice leather bag, but you should definitely follow up per Neil's guidance just to make sure it's not floating around the hotel somewhere.
