If you lost in on the plane then you should google lost and found for the airline. If you lost it in security then google lost and found for the airport (which may have separate contact info for TSA). If it could be either then contact all the above. However if you don't get it back soon, my recommendation would be to give it up for lost, report it as such and get a new one. Even if it were to show up later, you are better off canceling it needlessly than risking having someone with bad intentions walking around with it.
