when trying to find a Sheraton or Starwood contact I only get Marriott. I did forward Marriott my case but they resent it to Sheraton Customer Care. So far no answer at all from Sheraton or Starwood.

That's because Starwood no longer exists- Marriott bought them. You need to correspond with Marriott.
