I am having problems resolving a reschedule ticket with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

Hello Mr Neil how are you today ? we have tried contacting KLM and they are not delivering the satisfaction that we expect from a major world airline organization
contact number # 29152107 for KLM
my finacee Mary Akin had a scheduled flight to come to Winnipeg,manitoba,canada from lagos , Nigeria in October. unfortunately due to circumstances beyond her control Mary was not able to board that flight . and with the internet and communications network in the area Mary works as a registered nurse in the Nigeria region she was not able to reschedule another flight . all we ask for is a chance to have Mary reschedule her ticket to Winnipeg Canada so she can come home. we can not afford another flight ticket
thank you very much sir for the your help and assistance in this troubling matter .

Unfortunately, if she had a non refundable ticket and didn't buy insurance and didn't cancel for a covered reason - they don't owe her anything. Did she actually cancel the ticket or did she simply not show up for the flight? If she was a no show, they may not offer anything.

Is it possible that Ms Akin did not have the proper documentation to come to the US? What nationality is Ms. Akin? Was her passport damaged? Did she need an entry visa?

What was the reason she was not allowed to board her flight?
Did she have improper documentation? The airlines usually don't refund for things like that.

We actually need her to come here and tell us what happened. We don't advocate for third parties because you can't answer all of our questions. You aren't giving us all the information we need to figure out if we can help you - we are having to drag out bits and pieces.
Are there any cases you don’t mediate?
