Don’t use any other third party websites. Book directly with the airline.

You can use them to get an idea of price but then book direct. If anything happens with your flight when you use an OTA the airline will not help you- you have to go back to the Travel Agency.

Please read our forums about the online travel agencies and read the horror stories.

Even travellers with great experiences using an online booking service can come to grief if there are problems with airlines or hotels. It's so difficult to get help from the OBS that it's simply not worth using them. They spend their money on slick advertising, not customer service reps. They're great research tools, but always book direct.
