Stop dealing with Iceland Air and take up the issue with TRAVELOCITYS Executives. The Travelocity execs are the ones that need to deal with the employees who are giving you this information.

But read what our instructions say about how to write to companies on the company contacts before you write. It’s one at a time waiting a week in between.

If you want our help- follow what we tell you. You may have damaged your case by filing a dispute - once you do that, communications generally stop by the company.

Can you post your ticket confirmation with all the terms? With your info taken out? I would like to see what that says in order to help you with the Travelocity execs. If the Travelocity policy is wrong or at odds with Iceland Air, then it is on Travelocity for having the wrong policy still posted and you may not have purchased the ticket if the right one was posted, or at least that is the argument I would go with. If the policy matches Iceland Air's, then that may be a different story, but it would be nice to see what you have in writing.
