Frigidaire will not replace a handle of a product that is still under warranty claiming that it is considered cosmetic damage. The handle came defective from the factory and the microwave is still under manufacturer's warranty. I would like the handle replaced at no cost but they will not do it. What can i do?

be sure to start at the lowest level and that you give each contact one (1) week to respond before escalating to the next level

If you've not already done so, make sure you have some clear pictures of the defects.

I think it would be helpful to write down in detail your history with the microwave. It will help in making sure you have a consistent and accuarte account of what happened and how.

How long have you owned the appliance? If the handle was defective when you took delivery, why did you accept the damaged product? What exactly is the problem with the handle?
