FIOS transition to Frontier

They've totally blown the email and Video on Demand part of the transition. They purport to have it all working my mid month -- which means end of April.

If you want out - to go back to Time Warner or perhaps any other system - Frontier is waiving the purported termination fee.

Moreover, Verizon had a contract with each of us who had FIOS - that contact with with Verizon. There is no clause in the agreement which gives Verizon the ability to assign the contract to anyone else.

Thus - none of us are bound by the Verizon agreement. So if you can get a better deal from Time Warner -/ Charter /Etc do so. Right now TW has a deal for a $300 gift card . . .

So there is no termination fee right now with Frontier if you want out as a FIOS customer . . .
