Delay in rebooking by Air France for cancelled flights

I had purchased tickets from Priceline.com for "Air France" flight from RDU to Hyderabad,India .
Air France cancelled one of the fligthts from Paris to Mumbai and also the return flight from Mumbai to Paris since it was being operated by Jet Airways. I contacted Priceline customer service immediately and they found an alternate flight and they sent a request to Air France on April 19th and told me to wait for 48hrs. I called after 3 days and they said Air France didn't respond yet and to wait few more days. It's been more than 3 weeks now and I called multiple times and Priceline keeps saying the same thing. One time Priceline cs rep also told me to call Air France and I did and they told me that the travel agency has to contact them since we purchased the tickets from them. I have come to know that Air France has rebooked passengers who brought from other travel agents.
I am getting worried as my travel date is approaching and this issue is still not taken care of yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We have company contacts on top of our page. Start going up the chain at Priceline - they have to get this done for you because you booked through them.

Had you booked directly- this would have been taken care of already. This is the drawback of using an OTA.

I have emailed them and didn't get any response yet. Did anyone get response when they emailed priceline in a similar situation ?
