I rent a car from Hertz Canada at Toronto airport, and after I drop the car (the car had no damages) , a month later I received a letter to pay $1,360.00 damages.
Contact Hertz and an email was send to me with 3 pictures and an invoice for the repairs. I try to talk with Hertz and explain that I drop the car in perfect condition, their employee inspected the car, and is impossible the car in their pictures to be the one which I rented. So far I did not find anyone from Hertz to look in to this matter seriously. Any sugestions how I can resolve this matter with Hertz?

I think you have a good chance of getting this charge removed because the car was inspected upon return and no damages noted.
Follow Neil’s advice and hope it works out ok
