People take huge risks in an attempt to save even a few dollars. Most are winners here. Suspect that complaints as a percentage of passengers is tiny. Of course most unhappy passengers don't complain.

That said, I'll never fly with them.

Beats me. I guess people think the problems are never going to happen to them but when a flight is canceled and they can't get rebooked for 3 days, then they complain.

Because they are affordable. I personally would rather fly Delta, which I just did, over the last couple of days, just the most fantastic experience, as usual.

I think it's the remnants of the "but it will never happen to ME" and "because I DO know EVERYTHING" syndromes that we all have as teenagers. No other plausible explanation.
