Buy online 6 doors in Ikea they guaranteed that they had them, they charged me 319.00 dollars and they told me that I could pick them up. I live at one hour from the place but I went to look for them fast. They made me wait one hour, after this time I approached the worker and She said that the doors did not have them and that my money would be owed to me in 72 hours. I told her that since they had charged me for a product that they did not have, she told me that she did not know what had happened. supervisor or someone who could explain me and she told me that the supervisors were to ensure the operation of the store not to match with customers and that no one would attend me. I felt so bad that my blood pressure went up I thought I would have a heart attack I decided to leave and communicate on the phone. Call the attention of the client and the staff who treated me, who were several only knew how to say sorry and that they could not do anything. Now I do not have any doors or money to try to buy In another citium, I am obliged to wait 72 hours.

I'm sorry you had a wasted trip.

It is not uncommon for IKEA's website to say "in stock" and then actually not be available when you come to pick up or purchase, especially on weekends. IKEA turnover is too fast and they don't have the staff available to constantly update the website.

Also, as to returning your money, almost all transactions have a few days waiting period (unless paying cash). Unfortunately, it can take even weeks to get your money refunded to your credit card.

Did IKEA give you an estimate as to when they would have the doors back in stock? Or if they could ship them to you from another store?
