I have read all of your "cruises" forum posts. A number related to Crystal Cruises.
We have taken several Crystal cruises and been very impressed. This experience, of course, is not one of them. We cancelled our cruise in very early April (2020) as a direct result of the virus pandemic. They (Crystal) have made several "estimates" as to when our deposit (less the apparently contractual "administrative fee") would be returned. Those time estimates have been revised several times and not yet delivered. Yes, I have written a personal letter to the executive at Crystal (recommended by Elliot Advocacy) with no response of any kind. We are beyond disappointed.
Our deposit payment was made on a MasterCard account. I am thinking of trying a "dispute" there and would welcome any advice related to credit card challenges.
