I just came across these comment recently in this forum. But let me tell you I had a completely different experience with XXXXXX. When I recently booked a room in Seattle for the labor day weekend through reservations.com back in July. A deals website recommended me the page since as they were offering better prices. It was after booking I came across the bad reviews that created a negative impression in me which in turn made me to shorten my trip. I was pretty skeptical in meeting their CRM department but trust me they were really helpful in making those alterations and didn't even charge me a single penny. May be an odd Individual experience I suppose.

“Meeting their CRM department”?

You mean calling their 800 number?

You wanted to shorten your trip because of “negative impressions” on a booking engine?

So you think it is a good business model to charge people $14.99 for using their website and not having additional fees on the website?

I am sorry but your post reads like a paid endorsement.

But now it's a more folksy-sounding paid endorsement!

XXXXXXX has been receiving a lot of slack on on every other travel website I go through but it doesn't mean that every experience has to be bad. Just wanted to share my experience of it, that's all and by the way by CRM I meant their customer care department
Well since you were in Seattle here is a local reference— a lot of people interacted with Ted Bundy and sat next to him in classes so that has to mean something right?

I realize that was an extreme and absurd comparison but what compelled you to come here to say something nice about the company? Are you going to every site where someone has complained? How much spare time do you have for this endeavor?

You joined this site Friday morning and posted Monday just to say good things about a company and use words like “meeting their CRM department”; how did you meet with them do you work for them? Did you go to the virtual office (ie mail drop) in Orlando?
