I have waited past the 90 days in which I was to receive a refund from their cancellation. I have sent two emails that they have not responded to either. The company is also known as HMS Global Maritime. I do not see them in the Elliott section on cruise contacts. I am out $20,700. Any ideas from anyone on the forum

All cruise lines are taking longer than expected to refund. If you don’t want to wait, call your credit card company and see if you can file a dispute.
