Read this posting: https://forum.elliott.org/threads/sticky-amazon-gift-card-issues-for-self-advocacy-only.10317/
You have encountered a common Amazon problem. Your use of gift cards triggered an Amazon computer fraud algorithm.
Your attempt to purchase electronics with a Debit Credit Card and then multiple high-value gift cards is the trigger.

You can appeal to Amazon: https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/amazon/
If they will not reinstate your account you have no recourse. Amazon will not deal with Elliott.org

Sounds like these gift cards were purchased directly from Amazon online???? As he said No Third Party Vendor. Maybe filing a Police report in Germany and accuse Amazon of theft? Just a thought!

He said his friend bought the gift cards, so maybe the friend used his own credit card and Amazon wants the information from the friend's account to make sure the credit card isn't stolen?
I don't know. These Amazon problems baffle me. I've had an Amazon account since their inception and have never had a problem. I order over a $1000 worth of merchandise a year and buy gift cards for family all the time and not once has my account been shut down.
Why did your friend buy you gift cards in such odd amounts? Couldn't he just use his credit card to buy your item outright from Amazon?
If it seems odd to posters on this site, imagine how Amazon feel. These transactions always seem so convoluted and confusing. They should be simple and straightforward. Attach a credit card to your account and away you go. I have an Amazon prime credit card and earn a lot of cash back. I'm no expert, but it really shouldn't be this hard to order from Amazon.

Yes, the gift cards are from amazon.de
So no THIRD PARTY GIFT CARDS

Why did your friend have to buy you the gift cards? Why didn’t you buy them yourself? That might also be one of the problems.
Because after i bought a gift card on my amazon.de account ,amazon canceled the gift card order without a reason.
So i asked my friend.

He said his friend bought the gift cards, so maybe the friend used his own credit card and Amazon wants the information from the friend's account to make sure the credit card isn't stolen?
My friend is a extreme amazon freak.
He buy every month things between 500EUR and 1000 EUR.
He always use the same Credit Card since 2018.

My friend called already the amazon costumer service and there is no problem with the credit card or with the order.
Amazon dont want any information of my friend and they cant give my friend any information about my account.

Ok GC purchased by someone else (again) and deposited into another persons acct. Hummm we have heard that one before. So all the info they need should come from the friend proving that his ID, CC and stmts to that card are all legit. I’m done!
Like is said before.
Amazon dont want any information of the gift card order.

My big problem is right now that amazon dont give me any infromations because they ignore every message i sent.

I send amazon a Fax, eMail and i call them.
If i call the costumer support they just tell me that i will receive a message in 12 to 24 hour.
But they dont send me a message.

I wait now since last Sunday

I dont want call the police or a laywer becausei hope that amazon will send me a message.
but I think i am on a black list.

The police are not going to do a thing for you- Amazon is concerned that your account or the gcs might not be legit. Our local newspaper just ran a story on a bunch of arrests they made to a group that was “washing” gift cards.

Ultimately it’s Amazons website and they decide who can use it. You might need an attorney.

Please read the other posts we have about this gift card issue. Amazon won’t respond to us so the only thing you can do is use our company contacts and write to the Executives one at a time.
