hello
my account got suspended 3 times for the past 2 weeks
i got it reinstated 2 times and the last time it got reinstated it got suspended 10 minutes after i placed the order

i have always placed the same order for DDR4 memory. my billing info is ok because i dont understand why they would reinstate my account 2 times before if the billing address was not ok

i think my account got suspended because there was not enough money on my card when i placed the order (3 times)
i always thought that they only charge the card before they ship orders

now im in infinite loophole. they asking me to provide billing info i send them my recent statement and credit card photo
and they always answer they were not able to verify information

looking for advice

You’re using amazon.de for the order. The messages from Amazon are in English The image you posted is on a Russian site. Where is your shipping address? Where is the billing address for your card? What currency are you using to pay for the order? Where is the computer located that you used to place the order? It seems that when multiple countries are involved with orders, that raises red flags with Amazon.

You ordered without having enough credit on your credit card for the item? They charge your card as soon as you place the order.

This is most likely why the account is suspended.
i did not know about that. i thought that they will charge my card BEFORE shipping the order. and if there will not be enough money on my card they just cancel the order

And if you don’t have enough money on the card this is likely why your account has been suspended and they may not reinstate you at all. You must have enough credit before buying.

Again, this is something you will have to handle yourself per post 7 because Amazon doesn’t respond to us.

Not completely correct. There have been a couple of times that I ordered and the charge denied due to the card not be turned on. I get a message that my charge was denied and to update my payment info with a link. When I click the link in my email I am taken to my payment methods and just click continue. This uses the original payment method and the charge is then instant. No harm, no foul. This is especially true for Subscribe and Save items that ship 5 days plus/minus scheduled date.

You are also in the U.S. - the OP is in Russia and has stated he didn't have enough money on his card - he assumed it would be charged at a later date.

i got this email today
Hello,

I have just checked and was unable to find any more outstanding amounts in your customer account.

Your account will be unlocked automatically.

You do not need to take any further action. I do, however, ask that you remain patient until 20. September 2019
because the unlocking process will take some time.

You will be informed automatically by e-mail once your customer account is unlocked.

I hope I've been able to help you with this information, and I wish you a pleasant day.

Warmest regards,
Neetu Kumari

Hello,

We have reviewed the documents you provided. However, your payment information cannot be confirmed because your document is missing. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your billing details.

The following information must be clearly displayed on the statement:

-- Your name and billing address.

-- The last 4 digits of the card number. For your protection, make sure that only the last 4 digits are displayed.

We will review your statement and respond within 24 hours. To protect your information, we cannot accept documents via email and restrict access to your statement to a team of account specialists. Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email, but they cannot view your statement or share more information about this issue.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We ask that you not open new accounts because any new orders that you place may be delayed.

Sincerely,

Is that the same statement you already sent them? If it is, use our company contacts and write to the first executive we show. Tell him that you have sent this information multiple times, you keep getting an email saying they have corrected the account and lifted the ban and then you get another one saying to send the statement again.

Write to the first executive on our list and tel him you have sent this information multiple times, they re-instate the account and then suspend it again asking for the same statement you have sent them and you would appreciate his help.
