Airbnb Deactivation after 5 years

Feb 12, 2020
I have been with Airbnb over 5 years. I have never had a negative review. Yesterday my account was deactivated due to a criminal past. I am 41 years old. When I was 19 years old I plead guilty to an aggravated assault. I was sentenced to probation. Since completing my probation my criminal history is clean. I have emailed Airbnb and they keep stating someone will get back to me. I received an email and he said the decision is final unless I dispute the charge. In reading their policies it states I should not be banned unless it was rape, murder, or a sexual crime. It also states that they will review the time of the conviction and your rehabilitation since the conviction. I have been on the same job for 14 years. I had trips planned on Airbnb and they refunded my money. Is there anyway to get my account back. I have paid my debt to society and should not continue to punished for a 22 year-old crime.
