Where did you purchase the gift cards that were added to the account? Where do you live? Where were the purchases that you made sent? Did you have a credit card added to the acccount? If so, in whose name was the credit card issued?

It’s my gift card balance
Again- where did you buy the gift cards? We are seeing more and more of this with Amazon. Did they send you an email asking for the receipts?

Please check the Amazon forum and read the many cases we have had withbthe exact same issue. I recall only one account being reinstated.

Gift card fraud is a huge issue and Amazon is cracking down. In the other threads about this are recommendations on how to handle this.

We have not been successful advocating these cases.
