Just wanted to thank you.

I recently received a damage claim notice from Enterprise Car Rental.

I sent them a dispute letter following your guidelines and using the email contacts you provided on you website.

After a week of discussions, they have finally waived the claim. I am still a little frazzled over the whole affair, but at least not light in the wallet.
