My company owns luxury vacation rentals which we list on Priceline, among many other sites. On other sites we have a dedicated account manager working with us whenever we need. On Priceline there’s no such thing. We have zero personal contact. I’ve tried emailing and calling- their customer service simply sucks, I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. We have the same problem with Agoda, which is owed by the same entity that owns Priceline. Any ideas how to get ahold of their corporate division?
