    Avis car accident / initial auto rental agreement??

    Avis send me an email explaining they dont have the initial contract, they only have the final invoice. And Chase IHG credit card, they insist they need it. I been talking to them several times a week for the last two weeks with no lick on this.

    Hi there, I had and accident with my rental car and made the claim to the credit card already. The credit card is requesting the Initial Automobile Rental Agreement but b/c I am Avis Preferred this document doesnt exist. What I should do or request? Thank you.
