    You had 24 hours to correct it no charge. It’s unfortunate it took this long for you to realize it was an issue. The only want to correct it is to buy new tickets at this point.

    I said if the room was PRE PAID there is a better chance because charging the card indicates they accepted the rate that was confirmed.

    You have a better chance of disputing the price change if they charged your card already.

    If you have a confirmation that says booked, there might be hope. Don't start with the local manager, use our contacts and go to Corporate.

    You say your card wasn’t charged. Did you do a pre paid booking and have an actual confirmation showing it is pays in full?

Tell them their mobile site automatically selects the meal option which is forbidden by the DOT and if you do not get that refunded you will be filing a DOT complaint.     You should ALWAYS open the attachment and make sure everything is ok. What if you misspelled the name or booked a wrong date? You have 24 hours to fix it, just as you would have if this was mistakenly added on. Please open the confirmation and tell us what it says.

    We had the same thing happen with Delta. The rules are the rules and I am sure you aren’t the only on with this issue. Think of it this way- if you had made all the requirements and AA made exceptions for others that didn’t make it- would you be angry?
