Dear Qorx, you're right to keep your landline and the most important factor is that they work in emergencies. I never got rid of mine, and numerous times my cell did not work so my kids and friends knew where to reach me. It's a life savor lots of times.;)

Hello Neil, thank you for your advice. I did call the secondary insurance and they asked me to send them all medical documents expenses, iterenary, including all plane tickets of course among other transportation expenses like taxi cabs...etc. They were very co-operative and will send them...
