right..I know. I'm just saying I selected the protection policy believing i would have justification to receive a credit or refund for anything unforeseen happening and preventing us from being able to travel.
I just think there should be options to choose from. Just offering a protection...
Hi VoR61, Travelocity gave me the information for AIG Travel Insurance. They are who I submitted the claim to, so I don't think that was directly to AA. I could be wrong, as it could be the company that covers both Travelocity and AA.
unfortunately it was just the opt in on the travelocity site that I selected when booking. I wasn't given policy or coverage options.
I haven't reached out to AA yet, as I am in the appeals process. Should I do that in parallel?
