I recently purchased a t-shirt from NFL.COM, and when I received it, wrong size. I am a 2xxl, this t-shirt looks like a boys 2xxl. I called customer service about it, and they told me no returns on customized items. I knew that, but they sent me the wrong size. I went by their size chart, it also says that it is true to size. Now they are telling there is nothing they can do. If they would have sent me a true 2xxl, it would fit me. Don't think I'll be wasting $50 again on NFL.COM. $50 may not seem like a lot, but it is to someone on disability.

What did the measurements say on the website for the size of the shirt? They usually tell you the measurements. If the measurements are not what was shown on the website - contact your credit card company to file a dispute.

You can't simply go by the size being a 2XXL - you need to use the measurements because one manufacturers 2XXL may not be what anothers is.
