I just wanted to let everyone know what a good experience I had with National. I am an Emerald Club member and made a reservation to rent a car for four days in Las Vegas. Due to a mechanical issue, my flight was canceled until the next day. I called National, explained my situation, and asked if they would honor the same daily rate for three days that I had initially set up. (I had looked at what making a brand new reservation would cost and it was double the old rate.) They cheerfully told me yes, of course. They sent an email confirmation for the remaining three days, at the initial daily rate. All went well - no problems! Thank you National!
