last sunday i rent a car from enterprise for one week...the guy look around the car and is a little damage...he take picture and put this information...but he not take a look on the top of the car...
when i return the car they charge my credit card 250 $ they say is my fault...they say is like an hail damage...only one....but is not raining , nothing in the last week...
now they give a sheet of paper Instruction for your clam for damage or loss to rental vehicle...i don t know what can i do...what is next step...what i expect after this????
it is first time for me when i rent a car and first time experiment like this
