Thank you so much! I stumbled across this website in a search to contact a human at Sprint. After using your contacts, I received TWO email replies and a phone call and the issue was resolved within 2 hours! I've been fighting with customer service reps for 5 months and over 10 hours of calls!

I just received an email from Elise Manzo. VP of customer service. She said I will be contacted in the AM. Very cool. I will post the answers I get.
