Bottom line: Bad review from owners. I wrote a polite reply. (Also, by the way, I gave the owners a kind review) I followed the advice of Mr. Elliott: I canceled my Airbnb account. Thanks again to all.

You should’ve been able to get the bad review removed given the circumstances. But I don’t blame you for simply moving on.

I read that he will continue to use Airbnb but be more judicious when choosing a rental.
