No parking available at Best Western

    Hi Everyone, Just wanted to give an update on this issue. I received a check in the mail from Best Western for the amount my ccard was charged. After waiting the required time recommended by the guest services team to hear back from the hotel, which I didn't, they cut me the check.

    You all supported me in the process with guidance. I didn't have to work up the chain of command as their customer support team finally decided to take care of the problem since the hotel did not.
