Congoleum Customer Service

    Does anyone have a way to contact Congoleum Customer Service? They do not answer the phone during their stated business hours. They do not return my voicemails. They do not respond to emails sent through their web page. Thank you!

    But this gave me an idea....perhaps you can search linkedIn to find people whom are currently working at Congoleum, maybe even in customer service, and send them a message over linkedIn asking them why it is so difficult to contact someone and/or asking them for help.

    Just log into linkedIn, search for Congoleum Corporation and on the top menu, choose 'people'. the list of LinkedIn Congoleum Corporation members will display.

    I saw the Customer Svc Director was a 3rd connection so I sent her a link to the thread and she replied right away. Hopefully she will assist. It's a holiday weekend but she thanked me for the info.
