    Hi All,

My brother and I are considering listing our vacation rental with "FindARentals.com". There is not a lot of reviews on the out there and a search on Elliott's' website did not offer any returns. Just wondering if any of the readers of the forums have had any experience with the company.

    Thanks

Reading the about us on the website does not inspire confidence

"Choose self catering villas, cottages, chalets, apartments and B&B in exotic locations around the world and make your next holidays memorable with family and friends. Check our Exclusive or Featured Vacation Rentals, Choose by Theme Homes & Condos and find Holiday Villas Around The World. Vacation Rentals are alternative to hotels is renting out of a furnished apartment or house on a temporary basis on half the price of hotel rooms. We are an official and open source for Vacation Homes in Orlando, Holiday Villas in Spain & Mexico, Beach Condos in Hawaii, City Apartments in New York, Chicago and Mountain Cabins in Colorado & Lake Tahoe. Check our late deals for special offer price on last minute properties and read reviews, testimonials from earlier guests."

    Or even better

"A satisfied customer is our first and ultimate goal. We will become prosper if you are making money with the help of our efforts. We are always all ears to all your valuable inputs that will enlighten us from time to time."

Bad capitalization, awkward or incorrect English, as well as a grammatically incorrect name )"Find a rentals", hidden whois registration by proxy, all scream unprofessional-- no address, no name, no idea of where located --

They charge the owner of the vacation rental but who would really want to use such a poorly executed website?

Run away fast, isslandboy! List your property with a well-known website. I have experience as a renter with VRBO and HomeAway. The VR business is tough enough without having to worry about the entity who is finding you tenants.

Their 'Terms' look like something from an advance-fee scam playbook. (Copy-pasted official sounding sentences from other renting websites mixed with childish braggings.)
I do not say that it is an outhright scam, but deifintiely not a company with 10-year of experience. The website was registered in 2017, Facebook page lack of posts....

    Hi isslandboy,

Please don't consider anything without a valid proof. Here I would like to advise not to pay a single penny without a thoughtful analysis of the website and its traffic. The website you mentioned above is launched recently and there is no impact on google and other search engines as well.
Here I would like to suggest two tools for checking any website and its expected returns.

#1: Domain Authority (DA) checker. You can visit moz.com website and its free "Open site explorer" tool. Only you need to do is enter the website link in it and search. within few seconds you will get domain authority of that website and few other data as well.
Look I have checked DA of the website FinaARental. Here is the Result: 1 out of 100.

#2. Please check the website in Semrush tool. You can get domain overview there in Semrush.
I also checked the website in Semrush and result is here.

Third and the last, please check website's Facebook and other social media page and its fan base. If it sounds not good then don't spend money on listing your vacation rental.

And where ever you list it, make sure you absolutely follow the directions for how to sell. We've seen complaints here from owners who had items stolen from their homes and when we got the facts, they did not do any of the vetting that the website advised them to do.
