Good news! AAGK unlocked the puzzle. I tried the PIN I used to use for everything, no go. But I tried the password that I used to use for everything and BINGO. And I think I picked up the 3-digit code too.

Funny part is that the ATT website just hung on my request for repair to my landline and wouldn't do a thing. How do they manage to stay in business? Idiots like me who pay $40 for terrible service because there's no alternative I guess.
